Set within the picturesque grounds and halls of Haddon, our seasonal artisan markets are widely admired for showcasing the wares of the nation’s finest makers. Peruse an array of exquisite crafts, sample gourmet foods and experience an atmospheric charm you simply won’t find anywhere else.

The outstanding reputation of our markets attracts visitors from across the country to discover the creations of exceptional, carefully selected artisans. Products range from intricate jewellery to rich textiles, sculpted wood to decorative ceramics, making each event a treasure trove of spellbinding finds and a real delight for the senses.

Tickets for each market are bought at the gate upon arrival.

Each seasonal event is launched with an exclusive VIP evening, the perfect opportunity to experience the market in a more serene environment with a complimentary glass of prosecco in hand. Lose yourself during a midsummer sunset, springtime twilight or an enchanting winter dusk as you explore our markets before they open to the public.

Spring

5th - 7th April 2019

VIP Evening:
When the sun begins to stay a little longer and blossoms arrive on the trees, we’ll be launching our 2019 season with a Spring Artisan Market, introduced to this year’s calendar for the first time.

Artisan stalls will line the halls of Haddon, illuminated by the spring sun shining through our Venetian Bombée glass windows. Serenaded by birdsong of the season or the gentle patter of an April shower, guests will discover the historic rooms of Haddon as they explore the stalls and exquisite creations of our invited artisans.

Summer

26th - 28th July 2019

VIP Evening:
While our Spring and Winter markets take place within Haddon Hall itself, the charm of our Summer Artisan Market comes from its outdoor setting in our Chapel Fields, flower meadow and along our winding driveway.

With the sun in the sky and the Hall towering above our artisan stalls, guests are invited to peruse stunning wares inspired by the season, enjoying a unique, open air shopping experience and the perfect summer day out.

Winter

14th - 17th November 2019

VIP Evening:
The warmth and comfort of our Winter Artisan Market is guaranteed to ignite the festive spirit. A combination of wintery weather, roaring fires and the anticipation of Christmas make our November market one to remember every year, with 2019 being no exception.
